Type of service: Befriending/mentoring

I mentor people who have difficulties due to autism, either because they have a diagnosis themselves or look after/live with someone with a diagnosis. I have over 12 years of experience working with people as a mentor, from the age of 4 to old age. In mentoring I show people strategies how to deal with emotions, teach emotional literacy, deal with challenging behaviours, anxiety management, sleep hygiene and more. I offer private mentoring for all ages: parents, people with autism and partners.
