Vaughan House is built around the principle of providing mentoring and support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism or challenges in dealing with emotions and relationships with others. Our approach to care: People who live in Vaughan House have varying needs, and the staff here recognise that no two individuals are the same. All support plans are created with the person and their families to ensure that individual needs are met in the best way possible. Our staff ratio is dependent on the specific needs of individuals using our service at any one time; something which is reviewed on a regular basis. We are able to offer 24 hour support to make sure needs are always met within our service. We also provide one-to-one support where needed.
