With sixteen years of counselling, and a total of 30 years of experience as a therapist working in educational, health and social care settings, I provide counselling and psychotherapy for adults and young people 11 years and over. My approach is Humanistic, primarily Person Centred. I have additional training in other theoretical approaches such as Attachment Theory and Transactional Analysis and these also inform my work.
I offer face to face counselling and psychotherapy for individuals. I have extensive experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders from having previously worked in secondary school and 6th form college with students and their families and currently with clients that are on the spectrum.
