Portage is a home teaching service providing weekly or fortnightly home visits for pre-school children with complex special needs or disabilities. We work in partnership with parents to support all areas of the child's learning. Staff work closely with other professionals from Health Social Services and the Voluntary sector. The Portage service will also support parents with finding an appropriate nursery for their child.
