The Warwickshire Learning Disability Partnership Board was set up to: carry out Valuing People, a government plan to improve the lives of people with a learning disability and their families; check that the right services are available and that they are working properly; make sure that the plans and changes happen; pass information to everyone about the development of services; make sure that everyone knows what is happening and what they have to do.
