We work directly to support autistic individuals and to support staff in education, training and employment settings. Our purpose is to improve opportunities and outcomes for young people aged 14-30 with autism and anxiety through: - bespoke 1-to-1 transitions coaching to facilitate access to new environments - specialist input at EHCP meetings in advance of a known transition - workplace needs screenings and reasonable adjustments guidance to support access to training and employment - job coaching - awareness training in autism for employers, HR managers, line managers and staff
