West End Opportunities Centre is committed to providing quality day services for adults with learning disabilities. The service is situated in a quiet residential area of Magor and is within easy walking distance of local shops and community facilities. The centre is approximately ten minutes drive from Newport and thirty minutes from Bristol, both of which have large shopping complexes and a variety of recreation venues including swimming pools, bowling alleys and various sport venues. West End offers a day service for up to ten adults. Support is tailored to suit individual needs. All of the facilities are on the ground floor and there is level access to all external doors; facilities within the service include an IT and computer skills room, hair and beauty salon, an arts and crafts room, drama and music room, large kitchen and dining area and toilet facilities that are equipped for those with a physical disability. West End Opportunities Centre has its own mini bus that is used to take individuals to local places of interest, social events and learning activities related to life skills within the community.
