The West of England Centre for Inclusive Living (WECIL) was set up in 1995 and provides a range of services to over 4000 people a year, with the aim of promoting inclusive opportunities for disabled people and enabling choice and control over their lives. Projects run by WECIL include: Direct Payments Service; DIAS - Disability Information and Advice Service with an advice line open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am-1pm on 0117 983 2828; Advocacy Service; Disability Equality Training and Consultancy.
