I work with clients pre- and post- ASD diagnosis, including on emotional regulation, socialisation, who to tell and how, understanding autism and themselves, developing tools for coping at school, home, work, uni and college, and behavioural adaptations. I also work alongside family members to that they can better understand ASD and what it means for their child/family member, and how to support them.

My main approach is CBT led, but I am integratively trained to use other models of therapy. I have undertaken a range of training in autism, including how to adapt therapy for autistic clients, females and autism, autism and anxiety, emotional regulation and challenging behaviour. I have a 15 year old daughter with Asperger's.
