The school provides specialist education for pupils with complex needs including communication and interaction difficulties. Joseph Clarke School provides specialist education for pupils with visual impairment and complex needs. Together the schools have more than 425 pupils on roll. Staff benefit from access to our Research and Development Centre, which organises training for school staff and other professionals, running specialist courses leading to National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ), post-graduate diploma and Masters degree qualifications.
