Do you want to work but need support to get the right skills and experience? Work to Success offers free individual support for people with autistic spectrum conditions or communication difficulties. They can offer:

  • Confidence building and managing anxiety
  • Skills profiling and finding the right job for you
  • Supported work placements
  • Employer training
  • Work skills practiced in a real life working environment
  • Help with completing C.V's and application forms
  • Communication and social skills training.
