We offer a 'time out' service for young carers (aged 18 years and under) who live in East Dunbartonshire. We have two groups (one teenage and one younger) where young people can get advice and support, and relax. There's also a message board on the website, so group members can stay in touch with each other. Young people can be referred by a social worker, health visitor, teacher, a family member, or any other professional. They can also self-refer.
