The service offers assessment and diagnosis of young people in the Grampian area from 13 to 18 years of age. There is clinical assessment and treatment of mental health difficulties and complex developmental problems, including Tourette syndrome. There is multi-disciplinary assessment which may include: clinical psychology, psychiatry, specialist nursing and occupational therapy where appropriate.
Assessment procedure: Clinical assessment of developmental problems and mental health difficulties, tailored to mental health needs.
Follow up service: Assessment and treatment of mental health difficulties.
Multi-disciplinary assessment: Yes. Clinical Psychology Psychiatry Specialist Nursing / Occupational Therapy where appropriate.
