Workplace assessments are a first step to support autistic people to achieve their full potential

Our workplace assessments can be delivered virtually. These are carried out by specialist autism consultants who will work with the manager and employee in a positive and supportive manner.

Our consultancy team will virtual meeting (via Microsoft Teams) with the employee and their manager to discuss the role, what has been successful so far and any existing challenges for the employee and their manager. HR or other colleagues can be involved in the process if necessary.
