Before completing our enquiry form, you may want to check we are able to help with your enquiry. You can read about what the service can help with here.

If you think we can help with your query, please complete the enquiry form below and an adviser will reply directly to you. We are a small but dedicated team who will be supporting numerous families, many on an ongoing basis, so there may be times when it gets very busy and we may not be able to get back to you as quickly as we would like. We aim to reply within 5-7 working days, subject to capacity.

When you talk to one of our advisers, everything you say will remain confidential unless there is good reason for us to divulge information - for example, if we feel someone is at risk.

When responding to your query it may be necessary for us to ask you further questions before we can give you information relevant to your particular situation.
