Sarah Wild is Headteacher at Limpsfield Grange School, a residential school for girls aged 11-16 with communication and interaction difficulties, most of whom have a diagnosis of autism.
Sarah kindly agreed to be interviewed when she attended the National Autistic Society Professional Conference in 2017.
