The Rectory is a three storey Victorian building which offers accommodation for eleven adults all with their own private bedrooms and supported with a staffing ratio of five am and pm, one sleep-in and one awake night staff to enable all individuals to maximise their potential and develop life skills and participate in various activities. The garden contains a covered heated swimming pool, summer house, workshop and greenhouse for use by all people living within the Peldon Campus.
