As a provider of care services for adults across the autism spectrum, we have to ensure that our staff are trained and empowered to provide the highest levels of care for our residents. To enable this we have a Training Academy that provides bespoke training packages for our staff. We are able to offer discounted training on our scheduled courses where we have places available (potentially cost effective when you only have a few staff members to train); alternatively we can create bespoke training packages delivered at your offices based on your training needs.
