Type of service: Diagnostic services

Diagnostic service for children and young people living in north east Glasgow, up to the age of 18. Referral via GP, or other health/education professional.

The team focuses on differential diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders including Asperger syndrome. Currently we are solely a diagnostic service and will signpost onward or refer to services for support as necessary.

Multi-disciplinary assessment: The professions involved include paediatricians, clinical psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists.

Aimed at: Adolescent , Child

Referral Sources: NHS Only

Covers: Glasgow City
