Milton Park Therapeutic Campus are committed to supporting individuals to progress through the complete care pathway. They work to actively transition individuals we support from secure units to residential services and onto Supported Living. Focusing on enabling patients to move on and return to their home communities in England and Wales, they provide a locked and unlocked structured environment with person centred therapeutic intervention for individuals with: Autism (Autistic Spectrum Conditions including Asperger syndrome); Mental Health Conditions and Learning Disabilities. Patients at the hospital may also be detained under the Mental Health Act, under court diversion or informal..
