NHS Forth Valley is a single integrated system comprising acute hospital services, and community based services which are delivered through three Community Health Partnerships in Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling. NHS Forth Valley employs around 8000 staff from a wide range of professional and support occupations in two acute hospitals, six community hospitals and 56 health centres. Forth Valley has a population of nearly 300,000 and covers a geographic area from Killin and Tyndrum in the North and Strathblane and Bo'ness in the South.
