Onside Advocacy is a Worcestershire based charity established in 1993 stemming from a belief that everyone has the right to be a valued human being and to be treated in a just and fair manner. In support of this belief they provide a range of support and services to ensure fairness and equality. Their services focus on the needs of the individual to ensure that they understand their rights and have access to the information and support they need to improve self esteem and feel valued within society. Onside Advocacy's Autism Project provides mentoring and support to adults who are on the autism spectrum to access their local community including work, leisure and peer support groups. .
