Type of service: Residential services

The service consists of two houses, one for 5 adults and one for 3 adults. All service users have an individual service programme based on their needs, abilities and goals. Where appropriate, these programmes include access to local colleges and the use of facilities for trampolining, swimming, horseriding and other physical activities. There are opportunities for accessing the community, including work experience and work placements where identified in the service user programme. Within the Society there is access to supported employment services where appropriate. This service is provided by Autism Wessex who cater for autism and other developmental disorders, learning disabilities and associated mental health problems.
