Lifeways specialises in providing complex care for people with high levels of support need and often complex and challenging behaviour. The range of services provided by Lifeways includes supported living, community support, residential high complex care, short breaks/respite and transitional support for young adults. Lifeways supports 4250 people around the UK and employs 6750 staff to provide this life changing support. This support is delivered through a national network of specialist trained staff that focus on the needs and wants of the people they work with. Lifeways operate on an outcomes based model, designed to provide the right level of support, assistance and guidance that a person may require to meet their unique needs and goals, and further develop their independence. Lifeways offer flexible levels of enablement and support within a variety of natural environments which are personally tailored to the individual, and are experienced in providing both core and individual support. We develop inclusive services where individuals are at the centre.
