Tracscare offer respite, emergency placements and short breaks for people who need a short stay or longer if required to support their carers and families. Our services are available across England and South Wales..

Our residential services include: tailored short breaks and respite support; a supportive environment and positive outcomes. Support is given on an individual need basis, with staff and support allocated accordingly. Each individual is assessed and a care plan created to meet that person's needs during their stay..

If you are looking on behalf of your local authority (LHB/CCG), or if you have been awarded a personal budget, we can work closely with you, your families and your local authority to find the best environment to meet your needs. .

Through its hospital service, Milton Park Therapeutic Campus offers Emergency Crisis places to support overstretched Hospitals who need to create capacity over busy periods, for those with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and challenging needs. Individuals may be subject to the requirements of the Mental Health Act or due to risks posed to themselves or others, be subject to Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. .

This service is particularly useful for people who have been subject to a crisis residential or supported living placement breakdown and need a safe place to reside short stay whilst alternative arrangements are being made. .
