Cos Michael is a freelance autistic consultant, writer and trainer, and advocates for more knowledge about autism and ageing. She spent several years leading NAS Autism and Ageing projects and contributes to research at various universities. She is an autistic speaker at conferences in the UK and abroad.
Cos kindly agreed to be interviewed when she attended the NAS Women and Girls conference in 2016. In this video she discuss autism and ageing, exploring emotional and physical changes, areas of support and advice for professionals.
