Community Care Solutions provides residential care services for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism spectrum conditions (ASCs) and challenging behaviours in 8 locations. Their services are based across a wide area of the East Midlands and East of England. 4 of their homes are accredited by The National Autistic Society (NAS) as Quality Autism Provision and all homes operate the same systems. Staff in all homes are trained in autism and additional training and specialist tools provided where appropriate including Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication handicapped Children (TEACCH), Structure, Positive (approaches and expectations), Empathy, Low arousal, Links (SPELL), Makaton, Positive Behaviour Approaches and the company's own sensory profiles and communication passports. Community Care Solutions aims to develop independence and has an effective track record of enabling people to progress to supported living where appropriate whilst providing a guiding hand and a discreet safety net.
