Options is a
provider of specialist care, education and therapy for children, young people
and adults with autism, Asperger syndrome, learning disabilities, complex
needs, and behavioural, emotional and social difficulties (BESD). Offering a
journey of care “Pathway” for each of our key divisions, autism, BESD and
complex needs, that promotes choice and control, and enables people to achieve
their individual potential for independence. Providing pro-active and planned
progression through unique The National Autistic Society (NAS) accredited and Ofsted rated children and adult
autism services, including 3 Specialist Schools, 3 Transitions Services (AALPS)
plus a range of Community Support and Adult Residential Services. Our BESD
services include 2 Colleges, 16 Residential Children's Homes and our specialist
Fostering agency residential. Providing education, care and clincial services
for looked after children and young people. Flexible placements are available
across all services including up to 52-week residential, day, outreach and
short breaks, all with person-centred programmes enabling people to achieve
their individual dreams and aspirations. Options is committed to providing
consistency and continuity at every stage in a person's life and to minimise
the anxiety and stress that many experience during periods of change, by
supporting people to make choices about their lives and giving them control
over their futures.
